The ideal method for the manufacture of carbon steel elbow: firstly weld a polygonal ring shell with a polygonal cross section or a multi-edge fan shell closed at both ends. After the internal pressure is filled with pressure medium, internal pressure is applied, and the cross section is made by internal pressure. The polygon gradually turns into a circle and eventually becomes a circular ring shell. According to the need, a circular ring shell can be cut into four 90 elbows or six 60 stamping elbows or other specifications of the stamping elbow. The process is suitable for the manufacture of stamping elbows with a diameter of more than 1.5. Large elbows of any size are ideal for the manufacture of large carbon steel elbows.
