The EMT tube and fittings produced by our company mainly include the following types:
Steel Locknuts
Lock nuts (also known as prevailing torque nuts or stiff nuts) are resistant to vibration & torque. They are primarily available in stainless steel and other finishes. Their locking action is created by the distortion of their uppermost threads and should resist loosening caused by shock, vibration and other forces. They host a self-contained feature which creates frictional interference between the threads of mating components.
EMT 90°Elbow
90 Degree EMT elbow is manufactured from prime EMT conduit in accordance with the latest specifications and standards. The interior and exterior surface of elbows are free from defect with a smooth welded seam, and also are thoroughly and evenly coated with zinc using hot dip galvanizing process. Elbows are produced in normal trade sizes from ½“ to 4” and used to connect the EMT conduit to change the way of the EMT conduit.
EMT Strut Clamp
An EMT strut clamp is a device used to secure EMT conduit or pipes to a strut channel assembly, either on a wall or overhead. They are often preassembled and have an electro-galvanized finish to resist corrosion.
Steel Locknuts
Anti-vibration performance: The normal force generated when tightening the anti-loosening nut is much greater than that of the ordinary standard nut, which has excellent anti-loosing and anti-vibration performance.
Good repeated use performance: After long-term use, the locking force will not decrease. Even if the locking nut is tightened and removed repeatedly, the original locking effect can still be maintained.
Strong wear resistance and shear resistance: The bottom surface of the nut thread is inclined at 30 °, so that the nut locking force is evenly distributed on all threads on each tooth. Therefore, because the compression force of the screw surface of each tooth is uniform, the nut can better solve the problems of screw wear and shear deformation.

Use a Wrench or Socket Set: To acquire the necessary level of prevailing torque, tighten the lock nut using a wrench or socket set. The amount of torque required will depend on the specific application and the lock nut type.
Apply Thread Lubricant
Before installation, if desired or specified, add a thread lubricant or anti-seize compound to the threads. This can reduce friction during tightening and improve the lock nut’s efficacy.
Check for Proper Tightening
After tightening, double-check to ensure that the lock nut is securely fastened. It should resist loosening when subjected to vibration or external forces.
Test the Connection
